We want you to feel complete confidence in every bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth you purchase from us. If your order does not fully meet your expectations, our transparent, hassle-free return and refund policy is designed to protect your purchase.

1.1 Return Eligibility Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to request a return or exchange. Return requests initiated after 30 calendar days from delivery will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

1.2 Conditions for a Successful Return

Because everyday towels are personal hygiene products, returned items must satisfy strict quality and safety guidelines before a refund can be authorized:

  • Unwashed & Unused Condition: Towels must be completely unwashed, unused, and free from any personal odors, perfume scents, detergent smells, or pet hair. Towels that show signs of laundering or active daily use cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Original Packaging & Tags: Items must retain all original product packaging, plastic wraps, and sewn-in brand tags or paper belly bands intact.

  • Complete Product Bundles: If you purchased a multi-pack towel set (e.g., a 4-piece or 6-piece daily towel bundle), the entire set must be returned together. Partial set returns will not be accepted.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation number or invoice issued by n1mrbd-nr.myshopify.com must accompany your request.

1.3 Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Submit Request: Contact our customer care lead, Maria Caetano, via email at ArcellaArber3327@outlook.co.nz. Please specify your order number, clear photographs of the unused items (or defects, if applicable), and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Authorization: Upon verification, our support team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with clear packing instructions.

  3. Dispatch Package: Pack your towel items securely in original or protective packaging and send them directly to our designated return facility:

    • Return Address: La Prairie 6 (Attn: Returns Department / Maria Caetano)

1.4 Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments: If you receive a defective towel, pulled threads out of the box, or the wrong color/size variant due to our error, Studio Idé KLG will provide a pre-paid shipping label or fully reimburse your standard return shipping costs.

  • Buyer’s Remorse or Change of Mind: If you decide to return items due to personal color preference, sizing choice, or general change of mind, the buyer is responsible for purchasing and paying for the return shipping postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

1.5 Refund Processing & Inspection

Once your return package is delivered to La Prairie 6, our warehouse quality assurance team will inspect the merchandise within 3 to 5 business days. Once approved, your refund will be immediately credited to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
