2.2 Order Processing & Delivery Schedules

• Processing Time: All daily towel orders are processed, quality-checked, and packaged within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next working day.

• Transit Time: Standard shipping transit generally takes 4 to 7 business days depending on your distance from our regional distribution hubs.

• Total Estimated Turnaround: Customers can expect total fulfillment and delivery within 5 to 10 business days post-purchase.

2.3 Package Tracking
